- Orders will ship within 24hours if the item is in stock unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we are
happy to exchange or refund items within 7 days of delivery. We regrettably do
not accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons, nor do we accept returns
on custom or made-to-order styles.Items must be returned in the original condition, including the original
packaging, and are subject to NOTHINGBUTMINI®’s sole assessment.To request a return or exchange, please email or reply to your order confirmation email and we will
provide a free return label for shipments within the continental U.S. We
regrettably do not accept returns on international orders at this time.Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on
your billing statement. -
Collection jewelry
may be exchanged for an alternate size or store credit within 10 days of
receipt, subject to NOTHINGBUTMINI®’s sole assessment as to whether the jewelry is in the
same condition that it was purchased and must include original packaging.Sales of items made to order are final. Certain fine jewelry pieces may be returned
temporarily for fitting adjustments within 30 days of purchase, subject to a
fee.If you purchased a NOTHINGBUTMINI® piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would
like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original
retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry
not purchased directly from NOTHINGBUTMINI®.International orders are regrettably not eligible for
returns at this time. -
- We ship internationally via FedEx. NOTHINGBUTMINI® is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and NOTHINGBUTMINI® is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Should you require a
repair or wish to make sizing alterations to your NOTHINGBUTMINI® jewelry, please contact a representative at info@sterlingkingny.com. Please note that the
customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment
unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there
is an issue with the product.Since our brass
jewelry is plated, we are not able to repair any brass jewelry. However, we
kindly ask that you bring any issue experienced within 30 days of purchase to
our attention. Should there be a problem with your jewelry, we are happy to
exchange this item or extend credit to you for the value of your piece. -

MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or
money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced. -
